The following terms and conditions constitute the contract between Afer Surf S.A.R.L. and the guest.

By confirming any service, the guest(s) (defined as any participant listed in the reservation) acknowledge that they have read and accepted the terms and conditions outlined below.

The parties acknowledge and agree that Afer Surf S.A.R.L. cannot guarantee the results of the course.

When booking this course, Afer Surf S.A.R.L. requires a deposit. Afer Surf S.A.R.L. is a locally-operating company registered in Morocco and operating under Moroccan law.

Afer Surf S.A.R.L. requires a 50% deposit of the total course cost when booking. Afer Surf S.A.R.L. reserves the right to cancel a person’s place on the course if full payment is not received.

Any cancellations or changes to the booking must be made in writing and will only be accepted from the date they are received by Afer Surf S.A.R.L. Afer Surf S.A.R.L. only takes a 50% deposit at the time of booking. Upon arrival in Morocco, Afer Surf S.A.R.L. is responsible for ensuring the safe delivery of the paid-for course.

Refund and cancellation policy:

5 weeks or more from course start date = full refund minus 20% deposit.
2-4 weeks before course start date = full refund minus 50% deposit.
Less than 2 weeks to course start date = no refund.

All participants acknowledge that Afer Surf S.A.R.L. does not control the success rate of the course.

All participants participate at their own risk and confirm that they have their own private health insurance to cover any injury, loss, or damage or have chosen not to take out such insurance even though they understand that this is their responsibility.

All participants must declare any medical conditions that may affect their own or others’ safety while participating and acknowledge that Afer Surf S.A.R.L. does not accept any responsibility for any undisclosed conditions.
